Payment Terms & Conditions
- Advance payment – Confirmation of reservation: When reserving a seat, you must deposit the amount of €150.00 as an advance payment in one of the following bank accounts by stating the child’s name and registered camp session.
- Final Payment: Must be made no later than 31st May.
BANK ACCOUNTS – BENEFICIARY “GEORGIOS A. KALIVAS S.A.”You can make a deposit in one of the following bank accounts, by stating the child’s name and registered camp session. - Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel the booking for any reason, you should notify the camp in written at info@kalivas.net no later than 31st May, in order to get a refund. In any other case, we will not be able to provide any refund.
*Cases of force majeure are excluded from the above. (e.g. serious health reason)
- In case of early departure: If a child leaves camp within the first 3 days, only the advance payment will be charged. If a child leaves camp after the 3rd day, full payment of the 15 day camp session is due.
